Diane is the principal Solicitor at D Burke & Co with experience in a diverse range of Wills and Probate matters.

Diane enables you to make your Will/Power of Attorney and undertake Probate no matter how simple or complex your situation.

Her friendly and practical approach will put you at ease during the difficult time following the loss of a loved one.

She studied for her Law degree at Liverpool John Moores’ University. Diane then completed the Post Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice at the University of Huddersfield.

Diane qualified as a Solicitor in 2005 having completed her two-year training contract at a firm of solicitors based in Leeds. Upon qualifying, she worked as a Solicitor in Leeds before moving to a Wakefield firm of solicitors as Head of the Wills and Probate department.

In addition to her full STEP qualification, Diane is a full member of the Association of Lifetime Lawyers. 

Diane grew up in Leeds and now keeps a home in both Yorkshire and Co Mayo.
